Travel, transportation and hotel reservations are the responsibility of Forum participants.
The UN Global Compact has secured hotel rooms of different categories and price ranges for a fixed period from 14-19 June throughout Rio de Janeiro. More information on hotel accommodations can be found by registering for the Forum. Following registration and payment for the Forum, participants will be able to book hotel accommodation.
Due to overwhelming demand for accommodations during Rio+20, the Global Compact Office strongly recommends that participants register for the Forum and book accommodation as soon as possible following registration.
The Global Compact will provide shuttle transportation to and from several hotel locations to the Forum venue at the Windsor Barra Hotel. Shuttle schedules and pick-up locations will be available closer to the date of the Forum.
